Two level top plate FED-3 rangefinder with advance lever and Industar-26m 5cm f/2.8 lens.
The Fed-3 (a)Â is a new model which keeps the old body from the Fed-2. It has a new short base rangefinder assembly with a new shutter. The shutter already has slow speeds. The range finder cam now has its axis of rotation on the rewind side and diopter adjustment is made by rotating the view finder. The engraving is either the Single Cyrillic script ” FED-3″
Camera went through professional Cleaning Lubricating Adjustment with full disassembly, all mechanisms were cleaned, re-lubricated and readjusted – ready for film!
FED-3 s/n 2095371 is in excellent condition.
Very smooth and nice camera.
Industar-26m s/n 1529833 is in very good condition.
Glass is clean and clear, no fungus, no haze.
Some micro scratches are present/Â might also have some internal dust particles, which will not affect image quality.
Mechanics are excellent, focusing is smooth.
