The Helios-103 is a high quality normal lens for the Contax/Kiev type rangefinder cameras. It was sold as a standard lens on the last Kiev models – Kiev-4m and Kiev-4am.
The lens is faster than a usual Jupiter-8M and more modern-looking. It is also very sharp and contrasty.
Lens(s/n 8223115) is in very good condition
Lens barrel has few visible signs of normal use/age.
Glass is clean and clear – has no fungus, no haze, no scratches
Some internal dust particles are present, but will not have any effect on photos.
Mechanics are excellent.
Aperture blades are free from oil.
