A\u00a0copy\u00a0of the prewar Zeiss Sonnar 50mm f2, this classic fast soviet lens is successfully used on various Leica Mount rangefinder cameras, as well as modern\u00a0mirrorless systems: Sony NEX, Olympus Pen, Panasonic G, Canon EOS M, Nikon 1, FujiFilm XE-1 etc.<\/p>\n

Jupiter-8 has click-less step-less aperture operation with 9 aperture blades \u2013 great for video.<\/p>\n

ATTENTION: lens focuses beyond infinity on the distance scale – it cannot be used on film rangefinder cameras. On cameras where one focus optically it is not an issue though – sold as is for use on digital mirrorless cameras!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Lens barrel has nearly no visible signs of normal use\/age.<\/p>\n

Glass is clean and clear \u2013 has no fungus, no haze, no scratches!<\/p>\n

Few light wipe marks \/ few internal dust particles may be present, but will not have any effect on photos.<\/p>\n

Mechanics are excellent \u2013 focus is smooth and uniform.<\/p>\n

Aperture blades\u00a0are free from\u00a0oil.<\/p>\n
