Great vintage portrait lens for use on various camera systems with adapters, like DSLRs and mirrorless systems: Sony NEX, Olympus Pen, Panasonic G, Canon EOS M, Nikon 1, FujiFilm X etc.<\/p>\n

Excellent condition lens s\/n 6119873.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Glass is clean and clear, no fungus, no scratches, no haze.<\/p>\n

Internal dust particles are present but will not affect image quality.<\/p>\n

Has some signs of age on the body.<\/p>\n

Mechanically is very good – focus is smooth.[\/vc_column_text][vc_message message_box_color=”violet” icon_fontawesome=””]The m39 ZTM are lenses for early Zenit SLR cameras \u2013 flange distance is slightly different from the later adopted commonly known m42 standard.<\/p>\n

As a result this lens will not quite reach infinity focus when used on m42 cameras or via m42 adapters \u2013 but this is only noticeable on open apertures. \u00a0When stopped down to f\/11-16 the increased depth of field covers the whole range, including infinity\u00a0focus!<\/p>\n

Of course using this wonderful vintage lens shooting landscapes would be a misuse. When used for portraits one would not feel this limitation.[\/vc_message][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row source=”media_library” image=”” img_size=”full” external_img_size=”” add_caption=”” alignment=”left” style=”” external_style=”” border_color=”grey” external_border_color=”grey” onclick=”zoom” img_link_target=”_self” title=”” custom_src=”” caption=”” link=”” img_link_large=””][vc_column][vc_column_text]This early Jupiter-9 is m39 ZTM screw mount lens, adapters will be required to use this lens on modern cameras.<\/p>\n
