Soviet \u00a0clone of German\u00a0CARL ZEISS SONNAR 2\/85, with its distinct bokeh, smooth step-less aperture control with\u00a015 blades<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Jupiter-9 2\/85 lens is one of the most desirable Russian portrait lenses.
\nImpressive portrait lens is a copy of pre-war Carl\u00a0Zeiss\u00a0Sonnar\u00a085mm f\/2 – produces very pleasant images (portraits in particular), and you can control depth-of-field with a wide range of aperture settings.<\/p>\n

Originally produced for Kiev rangefinder cameras, nowadays successfully used via adapters on mirrorless cameras like Sony NEX, Olympus Pen, Panasonic G, Canon EOS M, Nikon 1, FujiFilm X-mount etc.<\/p>\n

Mechanics are very good \u2013 focus is smooth.<\/p>\n

Aperture blades are with small amount of clear oil.<\/p>\n
