Shipping Methods & Cost / How Long before I see my stuff?
For orders arriving from 🇺🇦Ukraine we now offer three methods of shipping which vary in cost and speed:
- FEDEX EXPRESS
- ECONOMY shipping (slower but cheaper)
The shipping cost depends on destination and items in cart – please check the cost in cart.
FEDEX EXPRESS is the fastest option – usually averages 7 days worldwide.
*Update on April 2023 – all FedEx packages are routed via Poland FedEx branch which adds 4-5 business days to the delivery estimate.

**Please note that although 98% of packages arrive within the estimates above, some may take longer
ECONOMY SHIPPING is done by UkrPoshta.
This is the most economical shipping option, but all packages are shipping with tracking numbers.
Delivery takes 2-4 weeks*** for most destinations worldwide, all packages are trackable online.

I am from 🇵🇭Philippines – Shipping Methods / How Long before I see my stuff?
Limited stock is warehoused in Philippines and available for delivery with local couriers.

LOCAL ORDERS (for stock from our 🇵🇭Philippines warehouse) are shipped with 2GO or LBC (we choose the courier to optimize speed of delivery vs cost).
Packages are usually shipped out the same day if payment is cleared before 11am.
Delivery is normally on next business day for metro Manila & 2-8 days for provincial addresses*.
*Due to COVID restrictions in place.
**Although 98% of the packages are shipped out & delivered as expected occasional delays do happen and these are usually on the courier side.

I am from 🇵🇭Philippines and ordering items from 🇺🇦Ukraine – will it be delivered to my house?
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (items marked with 🇺🇦) heading to Philippines can be shipped with either ECONOMY or FEDEX.
FEDEX is pricier but much faster – currently it takes about 10 days to arrive to Philippines. Packages are delivered door-to-door.
Please note that last mile courier charges 577php delivery fee – that’s in addition to the shipping charged by sovietcamerastore.com.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (items marked with 🇺🇦) shipped via ECONOMY SHIPPING arrive to Philippines to PhilPost and are not delivered door-to-door. Packages instead are to be picked up by customers from their local PhilPost branch where 112php “handling fee” is charged upon pick up. No other fees are to be expected.

How do I place an Order?
Just place the chosen items to the cart and click “check out” – you’ll be guided though this quite easy process. Choose preferred payment method, add any notes if you like and finish by clicking on “Place your order”

Do I need an account to place an order?
No account is necessary, also registering is one click away!
How Do I Track My Order?
For international orders we email the tracking number and link to tracking pages.
Please note that if FEDEX option is chosen the tracking number will be available a few days after shipping – it takes 4-5 days for the package to arrive to FedEx brach in Czech republic.

Please note that updates on the tracking pages are often quite late – sometimes packages arrive before the courier’s tracking page is updated!
