Shipping & Delivery
Most orders ship from Ukraine. A limited range of stock ships locally within the Philippines (those items are marked with a Philippines flag in the product name).
Shipping methods & cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and the items in your cart.
- Economy (UkrPoshta): the most economical option, fully tracked. Delivery typically 2–4 weeks worldwide.
- FedEx Express: faster, higher cost. Routed via FedEx Poland, which adds 4–5 business days — expect roughly 10–14 days door to door. Available only for items shipped from Ukraine.
- Philippines local stock: shipped with 2GO or LBC, usually dispatched the same day if payment clears before 11am. Same-day LalaMove delivery available within Metro Manila.
Handling time
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of cleared payment.
Duties & taxes
- United States: we ship on a Duty Prepaid (DDP) basis. A prepaid 2% import duty & customs clearance charge is collected at checkout. No additional payment is due on delivery.
- Germany, Denmark, Spain, Malta: import VAT and duty are prepaid at checkout. No additional payment is due on delivery.
- Other EU countries: we prepay customs duty and handling, but import VAT cannot be prepaid from Ukraine — your national post will collect VAT at your standard rate on delivery, and some carriers add a small handling fee.
- All other countries: any import taxes or fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
